I'm back!
Sorry it's been so long! Life has been crazy. I've been battling anemia, and the adverse effects of iron pills. Plus the nightly torment of swollen hands and feet, sleepless nights, and heartburn that would make a marine cry. You know, all the joys of the third trimester!
I have been knitting though!
I made this lil coin purse for my best friend's birthday. Sad to say, though, that her birthday is in January and the gift bag is still on my kitchen counter! Bad me!It was a fun lil knit! I came up with the pattern on my own, drawing inspiration from the 'bestfriend bag' from knitty. I'm not sure why all the beads (which were all placed on the exact center stitch) all pull to the left. And I have come to the conclusion that I suck at fabric lining.
I made some baby stuff too:
I love the fixations yarn!!!! One ball made both socks and the hat! I can't wait to try them on him! Look at how cute the top turned out!
Oh, and I finished the neck-lace-stuff for my matilda jane too!
So now Heatherly and I really need to get together for our 'stitch picking party'! :)Well I got to go get ready for my dr appointment today. I'm praying he'll say I need a c-section tonight! I am sooooo ready to not be pregnant! :) not to mention anxious to hold the lil beeb!
